5.2 Delivery abroad

For deliveries abroad, Swiss VAT is not charged. All other applicable taxes and customs duties are borne by the buyer.

6. Prices and payment options

Prices are quoted in CHF and include Swiss VAT. The following payment options are available:

7. Vouchers

Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. They can only be used for future purchases in the patchies.ch online shop. They are valid for one year from the date of issue. Cash payment is not possible.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty

In the event of defects in the purchased item, the seller is entitled, at his own discretion, to remedy the defect or to supply a replacement.

10. Right of return
